• Not to engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior
• To ensure events comply with local laws

Concerned user is responsible for:

• Event safety
• Guest behavior
• Legal compliance at event locations

3. Service Providers Responsibility

By registering as a service provider, you agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses and comply with US and State laws
• Provide accurate profile information
• Deliver services professionally and safely

You are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with laws and regulations
• Insurance coverage
• Taxes and reporting income

4. Platform Role

BarMixr is a technology platform that:

• Connects users with bartenders, bars, and service providers
• Facilitates bookings, payments, and communication

We do not:

• Employ bartenders directly (unless clearly stated)
• Control or guarantee service quality

All service agreements are between users and service providers.

5. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms

6. Bookings and Payments

6.1 Booking Process

• Users can request or instantly book bartenders or services
• Bookings are confirmed upon payment or provider acceptance

6.2 Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges

6.3 Fees

We may charge:

• Service fees
• Platform usage fees
• Subscription fees (for bartenders, bars, or businesses)

6.4 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by provider
• Refunds are processed based on stated policies at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to mediate disputes, but are not obligated to issue refunds

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Provide false information
• Bypass payment systems
• Harass or harm others
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content

8. Ratings and Reviews

Users may leave reviews based on their experience. Reviews must be honest and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or false content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, text, design, software) is owned by BarMixr or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may work with third-party services, including, but not limited to, payments, maps, and authentication. We are not responsible for third-party services’ Terms or Policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided AS IS without any kind of warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Service quality
• Availability of providers
• Error-free working

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid through the platform (if any)

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BarMixr harmless from:

• Claims arising from your use of the platform
• Violations of laws or these Terms

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• For violations of Terms
• For legal or security reasons

Users may terminate accounts at any time.
